Secure Pre-orders & Delivery Times

Our goal is to give you a calm, transparent shopping experience. You can pre-order our extra virgin olive oil from our finest productions. Pre-orders are available for the September and November productions, with shipping guaranteed respectively by:

  • 15 October for the September production
  • 15 November for the November production

Once the pre-order is placed, payment is charged immediately. Should any delays occur, we will update you promptly by email.

Reliable Shipping Times

Your orders are handled with the utmost care. We process your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. We work with reliable couriers to make sure your shipment arrives on time.

Estimated times:
  • Mainland Italy: 1-2 business days
  • Islands (Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia): 2-3 business days
  • Europe: 4-8 business days

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel ships, so you can follow your order in real time.

Damage & Claims Policy

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice visible damage to the parcel on delivery, we recommend you do not accept it. For non-visible damage, follow these steps:

  • Take photos of the damaged parcel and the products inside.
  • Send the photos to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We will arrange a free replacement after assessing the issue.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item before we proceed with the replacement.

We ship throughout Europe. For non-EU destinations (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom) any customs duties or local taxes are the customer's responsibility and vary by destination country. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering.
