Free shipping within Italy
Shipping is free anywhere in Italy, islands included, on orders of €120 or more. Below that threshold the cost is calculated automatically at check-out from the weight of the parcel and the destination, at the rates set out below. Shipping outside Italy is always charged.
Dispatch and transit times
We dispatch within 24 hours of receiving payment. The times below are the carrier's transit times and run from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, not from the moment of purchase.
- Mainland Italy: 1–2 working days
- Islands and Calabria: 2–3 working days
- European Union: 4–8 working days
- United States: 5–8 working days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein: times also depend on customs clearance
You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.

MBE Economy service, in weight bands. The rates below are the starting rates for the first band (0–1 kg): the exact cost is calculated at check-out from the weight and the destination country. Malta and Cyprus are European Union countries and follow the same rules; Monaco is shipped at European Union rates.

Shipping costs — United Kingdom
Rates in weight bands, calculated at check-out. There is nothing to pay on delivery: olive oil carries no UK VAT and goods of EU origin pay no duty; the origin is declared on the invoice that travels with the parcel. A carrier handling charge can only arise if the customs declaration is made incorrectly.

Shipping costs — United States
Economy service, 5–8 working days, a single flat rate of €80.00 whatever the weight. Visitors from the United States see prices in US dollars. US import duty, roughly 10% of the value of the goods (an estimate), and the courier's clearance fee (typically $17–35) are collected by the courier on delivery and are not included in the price paid on this site. Since 29 August 2025 there is no longer a duty-free threshold for low-value shipments.

Damage and claims
If the parcel shows visible damage on delivery, we suggest refusing it, or accepting it with a written reservation on the carrier's document. For damage that is not visible from the outside:
- photograph the parcel and the products inside;
- send us the photographs within 48 hours of delivery;
- we assess the problem and replace the goods free of charge.
In some cases we may ask you to return the damaged item before the replacement is sent. The 48-hour window is what lets us open a claim with the carrier inside the carrier's own deadline: it is not a forfeiture and it does not limit in any way the rights the law gives you as a consumer, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code.
International shipping and duties
We ship within the European Union (Malta and Cyprus included), to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and the United States. At check-out you can see whether we ship to your country and what options and costs are available.
Prices on the site include Italian VAT. For destinations outside the European Union any customs duties, taxes and clearance charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid on this site: we ship with duties unpaid. In the United Kingdom nothing is due on delivery for olive oil of EU origin. In the United States the courier collects the import duty and its own clearance fee on delivery. In Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein duties and taxes vary by country: we suggest checking your local rules before ordering.
