FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Our shop is located at the olive mill, in Località Buche della Rena, Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia (VT). You're welcome to visit us in person: the mill also has a small restaurant where you can enjoy local cuisine and taste our extra virgin olive oil straight from the source.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €120 in Italy and in the main European countries (including Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands). For other destinations, costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. For pre-orders, free shipping within Italy applies to orders of at least 5 kg.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes! We ship to most European countries and to the United States. The oil is carefully packaged to arrive intact wherever you are. At checkout, you can check whether we ship to your country and see the available options and costs.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available on request. If you need urgent delivery, contact us before placing your order and we'll arrange the best express option for your destination. Additional costs may apply depending on the shipping method and location.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B orders?
Yes, we offer wholesale orders for businesses. Our artisanal extra virgin olive oil has transparent pricing, reflecting the real cost of our work, with no markups. The only difference between B2B and B2C orders is the VAT calculation, adjusted for business customers. If you're interested in buying wholesale, you can register a wholesale account directly on our store or contact us for more information.
Do you have discount codes or active promotions?
We occasionally offer promotions and discount codes to our customers. Codes are shared through our newsletter and social channels: we recommend subscribing to stay updated on active offers. If you've received a personal discount code, you can apply it at checkout. We don't publish active codes on the site: most promotions are reserved for our community and loyal customers.
How can I contact support?
You can reach us through the contact form on our website or by email. We're a family-run business: my two brothers and I personally handle every request, so you'll always get a genuine, human response. We usually reply during business hours, but you'll often hear from us outside of them too.
Quality
Not all olive oils are created equal
- 1
Extra virgin olive oil
Our oilAcidity ≤ 0.8% · zero sensory defects
Cold-extracted using only mechanical processes, from healthy olives. It's the only category we bottle: our acidity is ≤ 0.3%.
- 2
Virgin olive oil
Acidity ≤ 2% · minor defects allowed
Still mechanically extracted, but with minor sensory imperfections.
- 3
Refined "olive oil"
Chemically refined, then blended
Deodorized lampante oil, corrected with a small amount of virgin oil to give it flavor.
- 4
Olive pomace oil
Extracted with solvents from the leftover paste
The lowest category, obtained from the spent pomace left after pressing.
Nothing to hide
Extra virgin olive oil is among the foods most subject to fraud and anonymous blending. That's why we state exactly what is — and isn't — in every one of our bottles.
