IL RACCONTO THE STORY
The supply for those who won't compromise.
Our extra virgin olive oil is made in the heart of the Tuscia viterbese. A blend of four local cultivars — Caninese, Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo — with olives that come mostly from growers in Blera, Barbarano Romano, Vetralla and Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia. Olives milled within 24 hours of harvest with cold extraction below 27 °C.
This set of three 750 ml (25.4 fl oz) bottles is the choice for families and for anyone who wants the mill's own oil always in the pantry — or to give a generous, genuine gift. See all formats in the extra virgin olive oil collection.
- Cold-extracted below 27 °C
- Lot code on every bottle
- Made entirely in Italy
We ship across Europe, to the UK (no duty or VAT to pay on delivery) and to the United States (import duty and the courier's clearance fee are charged on delivery); see our shipping policy for details.
CONSERVAZIONE STORAGE
see the best-before date printed on each pack
- Keep it in a cool, dark cupboard, away from the hob and out of sunlight.
- Close the cap firmly after every use to limit oxidation.
- Use an opened bottle steadily: the aroma is at its best in the first months.
- Do not store it near a heat source, by the oven or on a sunny windowsill.
- Do not refrigerate — condensation and clouding dull the flavour.
- Do not decant it into clear glass left in the light.
