The Canino extra virgin olive oil is a monocultivar obtained from the variety of the same name, the pride and joy of one of the most beautiful areas of Lazio, Tuscia. Canino oil has distinctive characteristics such as an intense green color and a fruity aroma which reveals bitter and slightly spicy notes on the palate. It is produced by our mill in Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia (Viterbo). This oil is known for its low acidity and high quality due to the particular production method. It has a strong, bitter and spicy flavor with herbaceous aromatic notes such as thistle, tomato and artichoke. It is rich in polyphenols, vitamin E, antioxidants, secoridoids and sterols, making it beneficial for cardiovascular health and a powerful antioxidant.
